Coconut Paradise
- The couple who wish get married for the Marriage Sacrament in this Parrish “Chapel Misión de San José del Cabo Añuití” should go to the Parrish at your country to star with the preparations 6 months ahead or more. The hotel is not responsible for the preparation for the future married couple, only for the celebration.
- The Spanish couples should get married at their country mandatory. The couple from other countries do not have this obligation .
- The Parrish will be in charge for all the legal paperwork with the Official Local Government.
- The legalization will be done (if it is necessary) by the Parrish. The Hotel will be in charge to send the Civil Marriage Certificate to the couple.
- The celebration will be at the Chapel “Chapel Misión de San José del Cabo Añuití” located in San José del Cabo town. This kind of celebration is not held at the beach, near the beach or other place non official. This is prohibited.
- Ask to the wedding department of Barceló Beach Resort all the documentation necessary to fulfill the celebration in Mexico. In order to confirm date and hour of the celebration, all the documentation should be send 2 month in advance in original format, to the wedding planner of Barceló Beach Resort.
- The Priest will prove the validation of documentation that will be delivered; these will be return to the couple after the celebration.
- Contact Barceló Beach Resorts for for available days to marry at “Chapel Misión de San José del Cabo Añuití.” The days and times for catholic celebrations are subject to the Priest confirmation under availability.

Barcelo Hotels & Resorts offer the following group amenities when securing a room block.
Complimentary Nights
1 complimentary room with 15 paid rooms per night booked in double occupancy (16th room free) based on lowest room category, maximum of 3 free rooms per group.
Note: We, Vacations For Less, Inc. is responsible for refunding group for complimentary nights once their wedding benefits are determined by hotel after receiving final rooming list.
Upgrades
1 free room upgrade from lowest room category booked by the group to next room category up with 15 paid rooms (16th room upgraded regardless of occupancy single/double/triple).
A group booking of 15 rooms or more, with a minimum of 3 nights is required to obtain the wedding benefits outlined. The free rooms earned are based on the average stay and room category of the group. All reservations must be booked within the wedding group contract. Any upgrades must be used during the wedding and there is no cash reimbursement if unused. Other restrictions may apply.
